Report of Findings
On April 8, 2020, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding care and supervision of a person in care.

The allegations included the following details:
- Inadequate care and supervision
- Insufficient staff working at the facility

All areas of the complaint were fully investigation. Evidence was received and reviewed from records, policies and procedures and from the Licensee. The following contraventions were determined:
- Residential Care Regulation (RCR) s.85(1)(d) Policies and procedures
- RCR s.82 Implementation of care plans
- RCR s.81(4)(b)(i) Care plan needed if more than 30 day stay

Observation: Care provided to the person in care was not as per the terms and conditions of their care plan.
