Introduction

A follow up inspection to Routine Inspection SCLY-BJKMYU, dated December 4, 2019, was completed to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) and the Residential Care Regulations (RCR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All contraventions to the Residential Care Regulation that were identified on the Routine Inspection Report SCLY-BJKMYU have been addressed. This inspection report was sent to the Manager via email to collect signature. Results of inspection were discussed with facility at time of inspection.
