Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on December 1, 2023 regarding Physical Facility, and Care and Supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered and reviewed through an on-site inspection and interviews. Licensing confirmed that the number of children in care under 30 months exceeded Schedule E requirements for the type of care program. A contravention to section 34(2)(a) of the Child Care Licensing Regulation (Group sizes and employee to children ratios) was determined. |
