Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on March 31, 2022, alleging concerns including the following details:

Care and supervision
- Staff yell at children multiple times a day
- A staff used inappropriate guidance strategies with a child

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.
