On June 29, 2022, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding Nutrition and Food Services and Care and Supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Poor food quality and not meeting the PIC's food preferences - the PIC's developed medical conditions which were not addressed in a timely manner leading to a further deterioration in condition. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through review of documentation and communications with the facility management.
