Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on November 9, 2023 regarding care and supervision and hygiene and communicable disease control.   
  
All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and a facility inspection.  
   
Licensing confirmed that the licensee was regularly working at a second child care facility, resulting in the licensee not meeting the staffing requirements of the facility’s program type, as outline in Schedule E.  
   
Therefore, the following contraventions to the Community Care & Assisted Living Act were cited: 
- Section 7(1)(b), Standards to be maintained 
Substantiated Contraventions: Evidence for this summary report is based on a combination of the Licensing Officer’s observations, a review of facility records and information provided by the facility staff at the time of the investigation.

Observation: The licensee/manager works at another facility on a regularly scheduled basis.
Corrective action: The licensee/manger did not know she was not allowed to do this and will no longer work at a different facility.
