| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on March 20, 2024, regarding Care and Supervision (Continuous Supervision). All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation. Licensing confirmed that the staff had not maintained continuous supervision on March 13th when a child was injured while in care of the facility. The following related contraventions of the Child Care Licensing Regulation was cited: Section 39 (1), Continuous supervision required. |
