Report of Findings
On Febuary 26, 2021, Licensing recieved a concern regarding staffing.

The complainant provided the following details:
- Staff are not qualified to work in programs

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through review of records, discussion with staff and observations.

Licensing determined the following contrevention related to staffing:
-Child Care Licensing Regulation section 34 (1) Care and Supervision: children must be adequaetly supervised by qualifed employees
