Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on October 2nd, 2019, alleging concerns regarding care and supervision.

The complainant alleged the following concerns:
- The care needs of a person in care were not met.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from the following sources:
- Long Term Care Services Collaboration Report
- Facility and Person in Care records

The following contravention has been determined:
- Residential Care Regulation Section 81 (4) (b) (i) Care plan needed if more than 30 day stay
