Report of Findings
On October 15th, 2019, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding care and supervision.

The allegations included the following details:
- Staff failed to adequately respond to aggressive behaviour

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, staff’s written statements, a person in care’s records, and policies and procedures.

The following contraventions were determined:
- Residential Care Regulation, Section 81(4)(b)(i), Care Plan if more than 30 day stay
- Community Care and Assisted Living Act, Section 7(1)(b)(i), Standards to be maintained
