Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on September 24 2021, regarding care and supervision, records and reporting, and physical facility concerns.

The following details were provided:
- A child was injured
- Staff used inappropriate guidance practices
- Facility did not inform parent of an child’s injury
- Nails were exposed in the outdoor fence

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.
Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 13(1) Environment
- CCLR section 55(1) Notification of Illness or Injury
