Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on November 17 and 23, 2022. The complainant provided the following concerns:

- medication errors
- failure to notify a representatitive of an injury
- physical facility

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed through staff interviews, communications with facility management, and a review of documentation.

Licensing determined a contravention:
Residential Care Regulation Section 78 (2)(a) A licensee must keep, for each person in care, a medication administration record showing all medication administered to the person in care.
Substantiated Contraventions: Evidence for this summary report is based on a combination of the Licensing Officer’s observations, a review of facility records and information provided by the facility staff at the time of the investigation.
