| Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on March 25, 2024, regarding care and supervision. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews. It was confirmed that staff used a verbal threat as a guidance strategy. Licensing determined the following contravention to the Child Care Licensing Regulation: Section 51(1)(a), Behavioural Guidance. |
