On June 2, 2022 Licensing received a complaint regarding Care and Supervision and Policies and Procedures. The complainant alleged the following: -That a Person in Care’s needs for wound treatment, oral care, and foot care were not met. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. The evidence was obtained through interviews, on-site inspection, and documentation. Licensing confirmed contraventions related to Care and Supervision, General Health and Hygiene, Care Planning, and Policies and Procedures. Licensing determined the following contraventions: -Section 54(2) General Health and Hygiene -Section 81(4) Care Plan needed if more than 30 day stay -Section 82 Implementation of Care Plans -Section 85(1)(d) Policies and Procedures. |
