Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received information that the care being provided at this address may require a Community Care Facility Licence.
Licensing Officers inspected the premise on February 1, 2023, and the operator confirmed that she provides care to six children unrelated to her.
Licensing determined Kyla Boucher was operating an unlicensed facility in contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA).

The following contravention was cited:
- Community Care Assisted Living Act section 5(a) Operating or advertising without a licence

The operator is required to immediately reduce the number of children in care to no more than two children unrelated to her. The Licensing Officer will conduct a follow up inspection to confirm ongoing compliance.
