| Licensing received a complaint on February 5, 2021, regarding physical facility and care and supervision. The following concerns were alleged: -Water leaks into the facility. -Inadequate supervision. -Inappropriate care and guidance All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through interviews. Licensing determined the following contraventions: -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 19(2)(c) Character and skill requirements -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 51(1)(a) Behavioral guidance -Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 52(1)(c) Harmful actions not permitted |
