Introduction
A routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). The following areas of the facility were inspected for compliance: physical facility and equipment, policies and procedures and hygiene and communicable disease control.

No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated April 8, 2020 there were five children and three staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection a facility risk assessment tool is completed. A copy of this inspection and the facility risk assessment was emailed to the manager on April 9, 2020.
The following were discussed:
· Additional cleaning/sanitizing of the facility during the Covid-19 pandemic.
· Implementation of the facility illness policy during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The following recourse was provided:
· Resource package for childcare facilities. Covid-19 Prevention.
· Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR).
