Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on October 13, 2023 concerning the Licensee not meeting a requirement of an In-Home Multi-Age Child Care program.  
   
All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered through interviews, on-site inspections, digital recordings, and review of documentation.  
   
Licensing confirmed the following:  
The Licensee failed to notify licensing of a change in the information provided at the time of applying for a licence and, in addition, the Licensee did not initially disclose this information to the Licensing Officer when asked during inspections.  
  
Therefore, the following contraventions to the Child Care Licensing Regulation was determined: Section 10(1), Continuing duty to inform  
Section 12(1)(b), Investigation or inspection

Observation: The Licensee did not notify Licensing when she did not live in the home for a period of time.
