At this inspection, the licensee was present with 4 children.
no contraventions were identified.
As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
The following was discussed:
· The fire extinguisher requires to be serviced by May 19th
· Different ways to keep a record of parent notification if a parent was notified of an injury or illness that occurred while the child was in care
The information contained in the report was discussed with the Manager and the report and risk assessment were written on-site. Licensing advised that copies of the report and risk assessment would be emailed to the facility.
