Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on February 21, 2020, alleging the following:

Care and supervision
- Children were not adequately supervised
- Premises were accessible to public

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected through observations and an interview.
Licensing determined the following contravention:
Child Care Licensing Regulation Section 34 (1) - Group sizes and employee to child ratios
