| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on February 3, 2021 alleging concerns regarding: - Records and Reporting - Care and Supervision The allegations included the following details: - A reportable incident requirement was not met - Inadequate care and supervision provided to children All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received through interviews, records and onsite inspection of the physical facility. The Licensing determined the following contraventions: Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) - Section 55(2)(a) Notification of illness or injury - Section 56(2)(1) Community care facility records and policies - Section 34(2)(a) Group Size - Section 34(2)(b) Staff to Child Ratio Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) - Section 7(1)(b)(i) Standards to be maintained |
