Report of Findings
On August 10, 2020, Licensing received a concern regarding care and supervision.

The complainant provided the following details:
- Maximum group sizes were not met
- A school-aged child was left unsupervised in the staff room while preschool was in session
- Inappropriate staff conduct while providing care to children

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interview and records.

Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Section 34 (2)(a)
- Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA) Section 7 (1)(b)(i)
