Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on July 26th, 2019, regarding care and supervision. The allegations included the following details:
- An incident of unusual behaviour occurred

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was collected from facility records.

Licensing determined the following contraventions:
- Residential Care Regulation (RCR) Section 81(3)(a)(ii) – Care plan needed if more than a 30 day stay.
- RCR section 77(2)(c)- Reportable Incidents

Observation: A review of two care plans determined that they do not have a detailed care plan for addressing unusual behaviors.
