Comments

The licensee reviewed with licensing, the various systems that are being developed and revised to bring identified contraventions into compliance. Licensing has noted the following: - Performance reviews - a system and procedure is being developed to meet the legislative requirements. - Emergency planning and drills are in the process of revision. - Care plans are in the process of revision. The licensee has implemented quick access documentation to guide staff on the day to day care for each individual. The licensee will be working with the case worker and persons in care to ensure care plans are developed to meet the care needs and preferences of persons in care. - The licensee is in the process to develop systems to self-monitor with the intention to comply with legislative requirements.
