Report of Findings
On September 10, 2020, Licensing received a concern regarding Care and Supervision. The complainant provided the following details:

Care and Supervision:
- Inappropriate guidance
- Staff use iPads which affects supervision

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews. Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Care Plans section 58(2) The Licensee must (a) develop the care plan in consultation.

Observation: A care plan was not in place for a child that required one.
