Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on January 31, 2024, regarding physical facility and staffing.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was gathered through interviews and an on-site inspection.

Licensing confirmed that there were unsafe materials and equipment left in an area of the backyard that were accessible to children.

Therefore, the following contravention to the Child Care Licensing Regulation has been determined - Section 13(1), Environment.

Observation: There were unsafe materials and equipment left in an area of the backyard that were accessible to children.
Corrective action: The licensee is to advise licensing when all items have been addressed.
