| On July 29, 2019, Licensing received a concern regarding care and supervision. The complainant provided the following details with regards to the Group Child Care Program: - Exceeding capacity - The staff to child ratio is not maintained at nap time and outside All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, review of facility records, and observations. Licensing determined the following contraventions: - Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 34(2)(a) Group sizes - CCLR section 34(2)(b) Employee to child ratios The Licensee is required to submit a corrective action plan. Licensing will review the corrective action plan. |
