Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on September 9, 2021, alleging concerns of care and supervision.
The allegations included the following details:

Care and supervision - Physical and emotional abuse
- Supervision concerns

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews, an inspection of the physical facility, and documentation.

The following contraventions were substantiated:

- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR)
· Section 51(1)(a) Behavioural guidance
· Section 39(1) Continuous supervision required

Observation: Licensing observed supervision was not provided by a qualified staff.

Observation: Licensing observed inappropriate guidance techniques used by the Licensee to children under three years of age.
