| Corrective Actions Remaining: - Shock chlorinate well and distribution system.
- Two satisfactory bacteriological water sample results, showing absence of total coliforms and E. coli, taken at least 24 hours apart must be provided.
- An up-to-date Emergency Response Plan must be available and provided to the Environmental Health Officer.
- An assessment of the existing treatment is strongly suggested prior to removal of the Boil Water Notice. |
