| 312 | Interruption of treatment Observation: UV lamp appears to be not working properly. Control panel indicates that the UV is "not striking". Operator reports the the UV seems to be working sometimes. Operator has ordered a new circuit board. Corrective Action: Water system is currently under a Boil Water Notice. Operator has notified users. Bottled water is provided in each cabin and in the main lodge. Please disinfect the water system after the new circuit board is installed. Two consecutive water samples taken at least 24hours apart must be received by the health authority before removal of the Boil Water Notice is considered. |
