Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on August 18, 2023, alleging concerns regarding Care and Supervision.

The following information was provided:
- Licensee had provided care to more than eight children in the Multi-Age program.

All allegations were investigated. Licensing collected evidence through interviews, review of documentation, and a site visit.

The following contravention was determined:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) s.34(2)(a)– Care and Supervision
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) s.57(2)(c) - Records and Reporting

14020 - CCLR s.34(2)(a)Without limiting subsection (1), a licensee must ensure that (a) children attending a community care facility are divided into groups, with each group having no more children than that permitted in Schedule E.
Observation: Licensing observed 9 children in care at the time of arrival.

19090 - CCLR s.57(2)(c)A licensee must keep, for each child, a record showing the following information: (c) daily attendance record, indicating for each day whether the child is absent or, if the child is present, the time of arrival and departure.
