| Licensing received a complaint on May 25, 2021, regarding the care and supervision concerns. The following details were provided: - Children are not supervised at all times. - Non-hygienic practices regarding food. - Harsh or rough handling of children. - Inappropriate guidance practices. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.
