Licensing received a complaint on May 25, 2021, regarding the care and supervision concerns. The following details were provided: - Children are not supervised at all times. - Non-hygienic practices regarding food. - Harsh or rough handling of children. - Inappropriate guidance practices. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. Licensing determined the following contraventions: -Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 19(1)(b) Character and Skill requirements -CCLR section 19(2)(c) Character and Skill requirements -CCLR section 52(1)(c) Harmful Actions not permitted -CCLR section 55(1)(b) Notification of illness or injury -CCLR section 55(2)(a) Notification of illness or injury |
