| Community Care Facilities Licensing (CCFL) received a complaint on May 23, 2019 alleging concerns related to care & supervision & programming. The following details were provided: - an employee showed children a video clip containing inappropriate violent content All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. CCFL determined the following contraventions to the Child Care Licensing Regulation: - 44(1)(b) Program of activities - 56(1)(d) Community care facility record & policies Corrective action plan to be submitted. CCFL to conduct follow-up inspection to ensure compliance. |
