Report of Findings
On January 3, 2020, Licensing received a complaint regarding care and supervision. The allegations included the following details:
- inappropriate guidance strategies were implemented

All allegations were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews, review of video, and a review of the facility documents.

Licensing has determined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation s. 51(1)(a) - Behavioural guidance

Observation: Staff have used unacceptable guidance strategies with children on three different occasions.
