| Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on February 22, 2023, regarding concerns relating to the following: Care and supervision - Alleged that the facility operates over capacity regularly All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.
