Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on February 22, 2023, regarding concerns relating to the following:

Care and supervision
- Alleged that the facility operates over capacity regularly

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from interviews and documentation.

The following contravention/s were cited:

Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR)
- Section 57 (2)(c) – Records for each child
- Section 60(1) – How long records must be kept

Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA)
- Section 7(1)(b)(ii) – Standards to be maintained
