| Community Care Facilities Licensing received a complaint on March 27, 2024, regarding care and supervision, and records and reporting. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. Licensing confirmed that there were no registration and attendance records for a child attending the facility. Licensing determined the following sections of the Child Care Licensing Regulation were contravened: Section 57 (1)(a)(b)(c) and 57 (2)(c), Records for each child. |
