Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on November 22, 2021, regarding care and supervision.

The following details were provided:
- inappropriate guidance practices

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations.
Licensing determined the following contraventions:
-Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 51(1)(a) Behavioural guidance
-CCLR section 56(2) Community care facilities records and policies

Observation: Behaviour guidance policy was not implemented by employees.
