| On September 7, 2022, Licensing received a complaint regarding medication and records and reporting at the facility. The complainant provided the following details: -Child A was administered twice the amount of prescribed medication -A medication error occurred and this was not reported to Licensing All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through an interview with the Manager and reviewing evidence. Licensing determined the following contraventions: - Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) section 53 (1)(a) - CCLR section 55 (2)(a) |
