On May 6, 2021, Licensing received a concern regarding Care and Supervision, and Policies and Procedures. The complainant provided the following details: Care and Supervision: -Excessive rest time for those who do not sleep. -Child with wet diaper at pick up time on 3 occasions. Policies and Procedures: -Child was not picked up in a timely manner after school. -Parents restricted from entering classroom for visits. All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews. Licensing determined the following contravention: - Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Programs of activities 44 (1)(b) A licensee must provide to children a comprehensive and cooridinated program of indoor and outdoor activities that (b) is approrpriate for the age and development of the children in each group in the community care facility. |
