Report of Findings
Community Care Facilities Licensing [CCFL] received a complaint on Feb 28, 2022, alleging concerns regarding Care and Supervision.

The allegations included the following detail:
- Inadequate staffing for the number of children onsite

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was received through interviews and a review of relevant records.

Licensing determined the following contraventions:

- Section 34 (2)(b) Group sizes and employee to children ratios
