Obtain a metal stem probes thermometer to measure hot holding temperatures daily.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Re-secure handsink in back area, including drainage plumbing. Replace missing and burnt out fluorescent lights in kitchen.
117   Food Handler Training
Staff will be enrolling in BC FoodSafe. Course to be completed before February 15, 2010.
