106. Temperature of pizza under hot-holding equipment 60C - good.

Other areas noted at time of inspection:
-Sanitizing solution for wiping cloths 200ppm QAC (pretreated sanitizing cloths used as well).
-Deli coolers and walk-in cooler temperatures below 4C - good.
-Freezer temperatures below -18C - good.
-New rack installed for mops and brooms - mop sink area well organized.
-Facility well organized and maintained - staff very cooperative - Thanks.
