Observation: 1) Some visible algae observed on upper inside of ice machine 2) Temperature of Nacho cooler recorded food temperatures between 5C and 7C. 3) Several boxes of food observed stored on floor of walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action: 1) Ensure inside of ice machine is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. 2) Nacho cooler is scheduled for repair - to ensure food temperatures maintained at 4C, or below. 3) Ensure all foods stored on shelves, a minimum of 6 inches up off floor.

Comments:

The following items noted at time of inspection (meets regulatory requirements):
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse recorded 100ppm chlorine = good
- Quats sanitizer used for wiping food contact surfaces (200ppm Quats).
- Handwash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels = good.
- Handwash signs posted
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 4C, or below = good.
- Soups hot-holding above 60C = good.
- Trans-Fat regulations left with operator
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site.
