Items addressed since last inspection:
110. 1) A janitorial cupboard has been provided in deli, for storage of all cleaning products.
2) Probe thermometer for chicken oven, is cleaned and sanitized between uses.
3) Canned food products stored separate from any cleaning products.
4) All staff personal belongings stored in designated employee storage locker's.
5) Spinach/feta croissants no longer a bakery item.
Other items noted at time of inspection:
- Refrigeration temperatures recorded 4, or below = good.
- Soups hot-holding above 65C = good.
- Clean, wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution 100ppm chlorine = good.
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse recorded 70C at plate level (rinse water should be maintained 71C at plate level, or rinse water temperature at 180F).
- Monitor dishwasher sanitizer rinse water temperature daily.
- All other conditions satisfactory.
