The following items have been corrected from report dated March 16, 2012:
1. Ice machine has been cleaned out, access panel replaced.
2. Hand washing stations all equipped with soap and paper towel.
3. Shelf next to walk-in cooler has plastic liner removed.
4. Missing tiles around mop sink have been replaced.
5. Ceiling has been cleaned - including ventilation system.
6. Cutting boards are now stored on racks in dishwashing area.
Outstanding items:
1. Racks inside the walk-in cooler need to be properly cleaned.
2. Floors in the walk-in cooler need to be cleaned.
3. New tiles around mop sink need to be grouted.
4. Caulking around glass washer needs to be replaced.
5. Additional hangers are required for mops and brooms.
