All items on the last routine inspection has been corrected:
1. Temperature logs are being maintained for all the refrigeration, freezing and hot holding equipment. Dishwasher wash and rinse cycle temperatures are also being recorded.
2. All temperatures are meeting health requirements.
3. The wiping clothes are being stored in the sanitizer solution.
4. The front hand washing sink is accessible and has hand washing signs posted.
5. The cooling rates are being verified and recorded.
