Follow-up inspections will be randomly conducted during this time period to confirm compliance. If the restaurant meets all requirements of the BC Food Premise Regulations within this period, and no violations have been observed, then upon receipt of a complete application, an annual Operating Permit will be considered.

The following items are still outstanding. The food premise cannot open until the following items have been completed:
- Install wall-mounted liquid handsoap and paper towel dispensers at all handwash sinks.
- Seal all floor/wall joins
- Install self-enclosing device on washroom door (facing kitchen).
- Install separation curtain between kitchen and front service area.
- Provide thermometers inside all fridges and freezers.
- All cleaning products must be stored in a separate room, or in a cabinet with a door.

A Temporary Permit will be issued to this food service establishment effective August 13, 2010. This Permit is valid from August 13, 2010 to October 13, 2010. Random routine inspections will be conducted during this time period, to ensure compliance.
