Follow up inspection. Spoke with the assistant manager Tim.
The dishwasher reached 71 degree Celsius on the dishes. The rinse gauge temperature reached 183 F at time of this inspection. As per information provided by the operator, this machine has not yet been serviced since the problem of low rinse temperature was identified last Friday.
The operator also informed that the rinse temperature gauge doesn't reach 180F every time.
The operator must make a service call to investigate the reason of the inconsistent rinse gauge readings and take the appropriate corrective actions.
