-food containers are covered and dated
-hot holding food temps measured >60C
-general sanitation is acceptable
-no signs of pests noted during inspection
-Foodsafe certified staff on site at time of inspection
-chlorine sanitizing solution available for food contact surfaces (tested 100ppm)
-dishwasher measured >71C at the plate during hot water sanitizing rinse cycle
-facility has a food safety plan and sanitation plan on file
-no issues noted with food handling
