Observation: One of the slider door handles on the deli display case is broken and taped together.
Corrective Action: Remove tape and repair broken handle.
513   Refrigeration and hot holding equipment has accurate thermometers (Sec 19(2))
Observation: Refrigeration units are missing thermometers and temperature logs are not being maintained on a daily basis.
Corrective Action: Ensure all refrigeration units are equipped with thermometers and resume temp logs. Refrigeration units should be checked at least twice per day and hot holding units at least every 2 hours.

General Observations:
-hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-refrigeration units all measured <4C
-food containers are covered and dated
-hot holding food temps measured >60C
-general sanitation is acceptable
-no signs of pests noted during inspection
-Foodsafe certified staff on site at time of inspection
-chlorine sanitizing solution available for food contact surfaces (tested 100ppm)
-dishwasher measured >71C at the plate during hot water sanitizing rinse cycle
-facility has a food safety plan and sanitation plan on file
-no issues noted with food handling

Note: The ventilation service sticker indicates the last servicing date was August 2011. These units should be serviced at least annually. Verify when last servicing was completed and arrange for servicing if overdue.
