Comments:

This inspection done at the request of operator. This facility had been under a closure order due to a fire in the building.

Hot and cold tea samples to be the only food service from this establishment.

All the construction has been done according to the approved plans.
A double sink, an exclusive hand sink and a janitorial sink available.
Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
Hand washing facilities satisfactory.
At the time of this inspection, the dishwasher was broken. As per information provided by the manager, a new dishwasher is on order and is expected to arrive within a week. The operator to use disposable sampling cups until a new dishwasher is installed. Any other food contact surfaces must be washed and sanitized in the double sink. The operator to provide house hold bleach. The procedure to make 100 ppm bleach solution explained to the manager.

Permission is granted to re open the facility. The Permit to be dropped on a later day.
